Franklin Habit will be returning to SWAK in just a few weeks. He is a rock star of knitting! If you have not had the opportunity to hear Franklin speak or take a workshop with him, then you definitely will not want to miss out.
We are so excited! To give you an idea of how dynamic and entertaining Franklin is, even my non-knitting somewhat redneck husband keeps asking when he’s coming back.
It Itches
Franklin is a talented designer, illustrator, photographer, instructor, among many other things. His depth of knowledge, wit and humor will blow your hair back! His blog, The Panopticon is one of the most popular knitting blogs on the internet.
At this year’s Knit Out, Franklin will present three different workshops: Garter Jacquard, Knitted Tessellations, and Bavarian Twisted Stitches. He will not disappoint!
The dates for this year’s Knit Out is May 17-19. If you can’t make it to a workshop, at least try to catch his presentation on Friday, May 17.  A delicious homemade feast followed by Franklin’s presentation starts at 6:30. Tickets are $40 and well worth every penny.
It is not too late to sign up and join the fun. Joining Franklin this year are superstars Fiona Ellis and Susanna Hansson.
This intimate affair is a rare opportunity to experience workshops, fun and camaraderie with three of the top names in knitting. You won’t find any other event that even compares, and won’t be a random name tag that gets lost in the crowd. Class sizes for this year have been kept small for the ultimate experience!
Questions? Give us a shout and we’ll be happy to help you out. This is our last Knit Out, so don’t miss out!
