We’re sorry we missed our live stream last week, but this week we’re back with TONS of new stuff. We just got in a big box from Manos del Uruguay!
New in the shop this week is Milo from Manos del Uruguay. This is a gorgeous merino/linen blend DK weight that almost looks like raw silk. We’re already planning what to make!
From Manos del Uruguay: Milo blends merino wool with fine linen for a yarn that is simultaneously rustic and elegant. The linen retains its natural color through the dye process, giving a heathered effect. It also lightens the yarn and gives the knitted fabric excellent drape.
- 65% merino wool, 35% linen
- 380gm/350yd (100gm)
- 20-22/4″ – size 4-6 (3.5-5mm) needle – DK/Lt. Worsted
- Hand wash
Along with Milo, we got a Manos del Uruguay Trunk Show! We’ve got a ton of garments and accessories on display. If you’re in the neighborhood or fancy a day trip, come see us!
We’ve still got a few of the Lykke Ball Winders and Swifts in stock, and we’ve got more on the way!
Just a note that this week and weekend is the 89er’s celebration and there’s a parade midday on Saturday, so if you’re planning to stop by in person and want to avoid the crowds, plan accordingly!
