New yarns for fall – Berroco, Lang and more!

Today we’re excited to share lots of new fall yarns with you – we’ve just received a huge box from Berroco!

Berroco Topaz is a wonderfully soft, thick and thin single ply yarn with long color changes. This worsted weight yarn is a blend of wool and alpaca with a bit of nylon and knits up beautifully. We’ve have a few copies of the pattern book to accompany the yarn and our favorite patterns are Fenne (a gorgeous throw) and Marit (an entrelac wrap).

Berroco Tiramisu has a beautiful color flow with the soft halo of mohair making it a must have for the fall! This light worsted weight wool, acrylic, mohair, and silk blend, has colors that flow from brights to darks to make a beautiful self-striping fabric. There’s a booklet of patterns for this new yarn as well and we’re also smitten with Cintia by Alison Green, a crochet shawl pattern available on Ravelry.

We also received a box from Lang including Snowflake! Snowflake is a worsted weight cotton alpaca blend that keeps you warm and cozy on chilly winter days. Its automatic patterning is made to look like snowflakes and looks great on accessories and garments alike. We’ve also ordered the pattern book – check out some of those gorgeous designs.

To round out the week, we’ve also ordered new colors of Lang Neon (a bright fun yarn made from recylced plastic) and we’ve got a few new colors of Juniper Moon Cumulus Rainbow (a cotton yarn in rainbow gradients).

See you next week!
