1 pair 3¾mm (no 9) (US 5) needles

EXTRAS:

Small amount of waste yarn of same thickness for cast-on edge (this will be unravelled later so colour is irrelevant)

TENSION:

30 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm measured over rib using 3¾mm (US 5) needles.

FINISHED SIZE:

Completed headband is 10 cm (4 in) wide and measures 50 cm (19¾ in) all round.
