Artichoke Dip

One of Keith’s favorites, and a hit at any party! –Keely


  • 4oz grated cheddar
  • 4oz grated parmesan
  • 14oz canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • paprika for seasoning


Heat oven to 350º


Combine all ingredients, except paprika. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.


Sprinkle with paprika and serve with tortilla chips.
