Sausage Balls

Another one of my mom’s signature recipes –Keely


  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 ½ lbs grated cheddar


Heat oven to 350º


Combine all ingredients and shape into 1″ balls.


Line baking sheet with parchment, place on sheet with at least 1″ of space between each ball, and bake for 15-20 minutes.


Fresh grated cheese is key to the success of this recipe. Do not use pre-grated cheese.


Mom would make a big batch, store them in baggies in the freezer, and pop them in the microwave for an anytime treat.
